Shipping Policy

At Kernel and Spice, we work hard to deliver your popcorn adventure as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

  • Orders typically begin processing within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Times

  • Expected delivery is 5-8 business days after your order ships.
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact customer service at: hello@kernelandspice.com.


Please note: Delivery speed is out of our control once your package is in the mail carrier’s hands. All stated delivery dates are estimates only.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to locations in the United States only.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses at this time.

Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages

To ensure compensation for lost or late packages, we encourage you to purchase Onward Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Multiple Products

If you’ve purchased more than one product, your items may ship separately in multiple boxes. Don’t worry—they’ll all make their way to you!
